Project: Developing a python-based object oriented application for organizing battery dataset
INL was struggling to handle unorganized Li-ion battery dataset and using conventional method (MS Excel) to extract information from that dataset which was very time consuming and needed a lot of manual input and effort. I helped INL by developing a python-based object oriented application which will just take a dataset as input and automatically fix all of the deficiencies in the dataset and produce required analysis and graphics. The analysis which needed lots of time to accomplish can now be done within seconds with new improved techniques. I utilized lots of data science and machine learning tools like pandas, NumPy, Scipy, matplotlib, seaborn, Scikit-learn etc. for building this application. I had to use linear transformation, numerical techniques and other statistical method for getting the required output.

Project: Evaluation of Tree based regression over multiple linear regression for non-normally distributed dataset
Battery performance datasets are usually non-normally distributed. In this work, we performed data transformation on the dataset and used multiple regression techniques and tree based regressions and then compared.
Project: Cycle Life Prediction of Batteries Using Supervised Machine Learning Techniques
Collaborated with Idaho national lab for developing articial intelligence techniques in predicting cycle life of Battery. Implemented five ML techniques and then compared. Among our proposed machine learning methods, our best model is able to forecast battery cycle life with as little as 4.05% test error.

Graduate Research Assistant | January 2019- May 2020
Developed an unity Hololens app that can detect robot system with voice or IP address using robot web service and can run module from the app. Worked in RobotStudio for robot simulation and rapid programming for working with industrial ABB robot. Identied the robotic systems in AR: Identication of the robotic system and precise localization using voice. Displayed system information services in AR: State of the robot and controller, conguration, running programs and 3D model are displayed in the AR environment. Able to run the robot through Hololens by using voice.
